You can make an information request through the Internet by INFOMEX
The implementation of the Electronic System of Requests for Information known as Information México (INFOMEX for its acronym in Spanish), which began operation on October 31, 2006 for the vast majority of local public entities within the executive branch and gradually thereafter for the other branches of government, the autonomous entities and political parties went a long way in providing real access to information, facilitating the request for information by Internet from any location on earth (www.infodf.org.mx). The Federal District was the first entity in the country to install INFOMEX.
